Briefing Books
RAS 4.0 Briefing Books provide a convenient way to generate all of
the reports, charts, and dashboards to support periodic meetings or
program reviews. A briefing book consists of a set of reports, charts and dashboards and their
parameter settings. Once this set is defined and the Run Reports option is
selected, all of the reports will be generated at the same time.
A few of the key benefits of the Briefing Book features are:
simplifies generation of frequently run groups of reports,
allows parameters to be set once for all of the projects in a program,
streamlines the update of period and date range oriented parameters,
ensures consistency in the timing of extract of the data across all reports.
