Multiple Reports
RAS 4.0 allows you to generate and view multiple reports at one time. Reports
utilizing the same parameters are grouped together to simplify
report generation. Reports and charts are selected simply by
checking the selection checkbox next to each report. Then parameters
are entered once for all of the selected reports. All of the reports
are generated with one click and all appear in the RAS 4.0 desktop.
Pivot Charts
RAS 4.0 provides preconfigured pivot charts showing common
information. The charts may then be customized with additional filters,
series, data, and titles.
Dashboards
RAS 4.0 provides both global and personally defined dashboards showing
EPM and legacy information in a single screen. Users create
dashboards using the RAS Dashboard Builder.

Briefing Books
RAS 4.0 briefing books are designed to facilitate the production of
repeated groups of reports. A program manager may have a set of five or
six reports they like to review every week. The governance board
overseeing all major projects may utilize the same set of reports each
month. Or a PMO may have reports they run every week, every month, and
every time the project selection process is done. Each time the set of
reports is needed the briefing book is selected, the parameters updated,
and with one click of run report button all of the reports are
generated.
Briefing Book Builder
RAS 4.0 briefing books are designed to facilitate the production of

to create thier own unique set of briefing books.
Ad Hoc Charts

data as we do for your project portfolio data. Once the system has been
configured to utilize your data, the Ad hoc reporting tool allows you to
generate charts in the same way the pivot charts are created. The
example shows the integration of customer sales data into RAS 4.0.
